At Sohum Yoga Studio, we have designed our regular yoga classes in a way that each and every individual who comes to the studio gets benefited completely. The daily sessions are well sequenced to manage intensity, comfort and relaxation. We cover many Yoga Asanas, Pranayam, Meditation, Mudras and Mantra Chanting in a week. Frequently we make our yogi’s to try new techniques which they never thought that they will do and it is lot of fun.
