Supriya Sharma, is a RYT 200 certified Yoga Alliance trainer and a Yoga Therapist who has been into the field of yoga for the past 4 years. Being a corporate professional for more 12 years, she took the path of yoga from her personal journey of self sabotage and burnout in order to change her life for good. Her mission is to transform lives of people through yogic teachings and lifestyle changes for achieving their ultimate goal of health.

She incorporates the powerful wisdom of yoga system and mantras into her classes to give people knowledge, tools of personal growth, discovery and self realization.

She is an expert in handling hormonal imbalances, PCOD, infertility, fibroids and other female menstrual disorders treating more than 50 patients.

Pallavi Sharma

Pallavi Sharma, 500 E RYT is one of our lead trainers who has extensive experience in teaching Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga for the past 5 years. She will teach both theory and practical courses to our students. She is a Pranayama and Meditation expert who conducts group sessions with special focus on individual needs of the students. She is extremely passionate about yoga and wants to inculcate the importance of yoga to every individual. She is a 500 E RYT registered with yoga alliance.

Himanshu Mudgal

He is a well experienced and knowledgeable advanced level yoga consultant with more than 2 years of experience of Hatha Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation and Shatkarma. He is a Pranayam and meditation expert with special focus on weight loss and weight management programmes.

Geeta Shisodia

Geeta Shisodia

Geeta has 8 years+ of extensive experience of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Fitness counselling, Meditation and Pranayam.  She is a certified yoga therapist and fitness counselling consultant whodemonstrates specialization in interacting with class members, students and corporate clients. Her educational experience includesPG diploma in yoga sciences from Moraji Desai Institute Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic science (DNYS)  along with Preksha Meditation & Yoga from Jain Vishva Bharti University.

Pooja Chauhan

She has 4 years+ of extensive experience of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga. She is an expert of Pre-natal yoga with experience in postnatal weight loss, depression and other symptoms. She delivers corporate yoga sessions in major IT and healthcare firms and certified yoga therapist in treating various diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension etc. She has a Post Graduate diploma in yogic sciences (PGDYS).

Meera Rawat

Meera Rawat

With 4 years+ of experience in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinayasa, Advanced Asanas and Yoga Philosophy, she is an expert of conducting group sessions with focus on  individual needs of the student. She is a Consultant of Teacher training courses at the institute (both practical and theory) and also a Pranayam and meditation expert with special focus on diet consultancy. She has a Masters degree in Yoga (M.K.P) from Dehradun College 200 hrs Yoga alliances certificate.
